Fee Structure

Fees vary between educators depending on the locality, hours of care and inclusions. These will be detailed in your CWA (Complying Written Arrangement) at the time of enrolment.

Fees are collected fortnightly in advance by FDC Coordination Unit. Payments are processed by Integra Pay Pty. Ltd (iPay). iPay is integrated with CCS software which, allows accurate collection of direct debit payments from a family’s chosen credit or debit card or bank account.

Fees are charged as per booked hours except where actual hours are greater than booked hours. Fees include service levies (administration charges). Some of our educators supply meals, nappies and other consumables while others don’t. Please discuss with your educator as to what is included and what’s charged separately by the Educator.

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

The CCS is the main way Australian Government assists families with their childcare fees, and is targeted to provide greater assistance to low and middle income families. Artarmon Family Day Care is an approved Service for the purpose of CCS.

CCS is generally paid directly to service providers to be passed on to families. Families make co-contribution to their childcare fees and pay to the provider the difference between the fee charged and the subsidy amount (also called the out of pocket or gap fee).

It is the parent’s responsibility to maintain contact with Centrelink regarding any changes that may affect their eligibility.
