Make an enquiry
Contact us via phone or email detailing your care requirements including the age of your child.
Your request for care will be matched with Educators’ vacancies taking into account the age of your child, diversity of language and culture. If there are vacancies or when your request is matched with an Educator’s vacancies, you will be contacted and offered the position.

Visit educators’ home
You will be given the educators’ phone numbers and requested to contact the educators as soon as possible to schedule an interview for the vacancy.
At this interview you will have an opportunity to meet the Educator, observe their care environment and decide whether it suits your requirements.
Start enrolling your child
If you and the Educator agree that care will commence, educator will provide you a copy of Complying Written Arrangement (CWA) and explain the enrolment process.
You will need to read through CWA, complete, sign and return with required documents to the educator. Enrolment process is outlined in the CWA and there are detailed instruction on how to complete this form and what documents are required. In an unlikely event that you choose not proceed with the enrolment we would greatly appreciate if you could provide some feedback via email or phone so that we may be able to better cater for your needs in the future.
